Edward H. Twigg III (Ted) was born March 12, 1966 at Calumet Hospital in Laurium, MI and died in an auto accident in Phoenix, AZ on May 16, 2012. He lived most of his life in Battle Creek, MI attended Harper Creek Schools, earned the rank of Eagle Scout in Troop 322, and worked installing cable TV. In 2000, he moved to Chandler, AZ worked his electrician apprenticeship while attending Gateway Comm. College to get his degree and become a journeyman electrician. His ability as an electrician gave him the opportunity to work on solar installations in Kona, Hawaii, Lihue, Kauai, Pearl Harbor, Oahu, and Fresno, CA. He returned to work in Arizona in February of 2012. He enjoyed sports, especially golf and riding his Jet Ski. Ted is survived by his parents Edward and Mary (Longman) Twigg, sister Teresa Harvath, sister Cynthia Twigg-Karns, sister Christine Twigg, 6 nephews, and 2 nieces. There will be a visitation 5-8:00 pm Monday May 21, 2012 at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ. Interment will be arranged by Bachman-Hebble Funeral Home in Battle Creek, MI. Donations may be made in Ted’s name to BC Exchange Club Child Abuse, 114 Highland Ave., Battle Creek, MI 49015.
