Ella Mae Morrell-Kirk (Warden), 81, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, in Mesa, Arizona. Ella was born in Montrose, Colorado on June 15, 1940, the daughter of John Pleasant Warden and Thelma Mae Warden (Buck). She graduated from Mesa High School in 1958 and enjoyed the class reunions over the years. Ella was known for her small stature and spit-fire personality. She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Heath (Peter), 3 brothers; Jack D., Glenn D. and John W; 2 grandchildren; Alex and Jenny; and many friends she considered family.

Ella will be cremated with internment at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona with her late husband, Olyn Henry Kirk,Thursday, May 12, 2022, at 2:30 pm.

Please join us for a celebration of her life at the American Legion located at 20001 N. Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ May 12, 2022 at 4:00pm.

Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of the West, 21410 N. 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ. 85027.
