Florence Rita Kusek went home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 30, 2016 in Mesa Arizona at the age of 95. She was born into life on April 24, 1921 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph and Frances Kosirog. She attended Tuley High School in Chicago and continued her education at Mesa Community College.
