Frances Mae Carmack Jeffrey, age 77, went to heaven on May 25, 2014. She was born to the late Ira and Clydia Carmack on Dec. 20, 1936 in Rochester, TX. She was married to the late Billy Joe Jeffrey for 55 years. She was the oldest of 9 siblings. Her siblings are Billy, Bonnie, Dale, David, James, Sandra and the late Shirley and Jackie. She raised her family in Orange, CA. She retired from Farmers Insurance and then relocated to Mesa, AZ. Frances was a caring mom who loved her family. She is survived by her daughters Glenda, Margaret, Carol and Teresa. Frances had 10 grandchildren. Services will be held Friday June 6, 2014 at 10:00 am at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel, 7900 E.
