Forever In the Hearts They Leave Behind

Francesco “Frank” Palella

Passed Away on March 14, 2020

Francesco “Frank” Palella was called home to be with the Lord on March 14th, 2020, and joined his wife, Joan, of 64 years and youngest son, David.  The Patriarch of the family leaves behind his loving daughter, Linda, and son, Steve, as well as four adoring grandchildren, Nicole, Kristen, Colton and Renato, six beautiful great-grandchildren, Ailee, Eban, Keelan, Conlee, Paizley and Zander and two loved sons-in-law, Mike and Grant.

Frank was born on October 1st, 1927 and grew up on the family farm in the Albany, NY area.  He joined the Marine Corp. right out of high school.

He later went on to start a small trucking service, and marry the love of his life, Joan. Yearning for the familiar, Frank eventually moved to his own farm in upstate New York that he worked for many years, while simultaneously putting in long hours in the trucking industry. Looking for a change from the cold winters, he moved the family to Arizona where he enjoyed the sunshine and warm winters. Finally retiring, he spent his remaining years serving countless others and creating woodworking projects for family members and neighborhood kids.

His greatest joys in life were serving God and loving his family. He will be deeply missed by many.

No public services are scheduled at this time due to the CDC’s severe restrictions on public events.  Please send any donations to one of Frank’s favorite charity, Samaritan’s Purse.
