Garrick Bonnet, 25 died Wednesday August 16, 2017 as a result of an automobile accident near Streeter, ND.
Garrick was born on April 30, 1992 in San Clemente, CA to John and Rosemary Bonnet. He lived most of his life in California, Arizona and North Dakota. Garrick graduated from Excalibur Charter School in Apache Junction, AZ.
His last months in North Dakota were happy ones. He enjoyed his work, riding on the tractors and finding animals out in the wilderness. Most of all he loved coming home to his grandmothers cooking.
Garrick had a very kind heart and a smile that would light up the world. He loved adventures and the outdoors. Some activities he liked to do were skateboarding, biking, and fishing. Recently he finished fixing up his Honda, Shadow motorcycle and was so proud of it.
He is survived by his mother, Rosemary Bonnet, Mesa, AZ; his father, John Bonnet (Kim Cuonu Phan), Streeter, ND; his maternal grandmother, Maria Frausto, Phoenix, AZ; his paternal grandparents, Garry and Maggie Bonnet, Streeter, ND; his siblings, Darbie Lastra (Roberto), Oceanside, CA; Harvey Frausto (Yvette), Gilbert, AZ; Jonathan Bonnet and Zechariah Bonnet, Mesa, AZ; Eva Bonnet, Streeter ND; and 5 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Pete Garcia and his maternal grandfather, Manuel Frausto.
Garrick will surely be missed.
A Visitation will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home in Mesa, Arizona at 10:00 am on Friday, August 25. A Service will follow at 11:00 am.
