Georgette B. Hoffert, 92, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away January 16, 2018. She was born on September 7, 1925 in Chicago, Illinois, to George and Sophie Ellison.
She managed lunch rooms in the Chicago Public School Systems. Georgette was a social butterfly and loved to volunteer. She volunteered at a thrift store in Mesa, Arizona. She often wrote beautiful letters and stories and would send them to her family.
Georgette is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Harry Just and Eugene Hoffert; and son, Kevin Hoffert. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Margaret Hoffert.
Services for Georgette will be held Friday, January 19, 2018 at 11:00 at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, Arizona, 85207.Georgette
