Georgia Ann (Jones) Richardson was born on February 10, 1941 in Delavan, Wisconsin. Georgia went home to be with the Lord on December 17, 2020 in Mesa, Arizona at the age of 79. Georgia grew up in Howard, South Dakota. She married the love of her life, Douglas Richardson, on October 10, 1957. Doug and Georgia lived in Madison, South Dakota until 1964. They lived in Yankton, South Dakota and Sioux Falls, South Dakota before moving to Mesa, Arizona in 1981.
Georgia worked as a legal secretary until her retirement in 1995. She loved to sew, cook and spend time with her family.
Georgia was preceded in death by her parents, George and Anna Jones, and her brother, Marlo Jones.
Georgia leaves behind her loving husband, Douglas Richardson, her three children, Vicki Liszewski (Len), Gary Richardson (Chuck) and Brian Richardson. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Matthew Liszewski (Arica) and Aleisha Achilles (Brett), four great-grandchildren, Bailee, Jake and Stella Liszewski and Dash Achilles, along with her brother Don Jones (Betty) and her nephews and niece.

My thoughts and prayers are with Georgia’s family at this time. I worked with Georgia in Fennemore’s Scottsdale office for a few years. She was a great lady and lots of fun. Sending my condolences.
