It is with a broken heart to announce the passing of Gordon.  He was born in Cromwell, Minnesota and passed in Mesa, Arizona with his wife, Christa, and other family members by his side.

Gordon served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany, where he married. The Army took them to Hawaii, Illinois, and Michigan where Gordon retired from Ford Motor Company.    After retirement in 2002, moved to Arizona.

Gordon was a passionate outdoorsman and loved to fish, hunt, camp, snowmobile, and spend time on his boat.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Christa Cartwright, David Cartwright (son), Joan Herzog (daughter) and was preceded in death by his youngest son, Bryan Cartwright.  Gordon had 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
