I did Ruby’s hair every Friday for 10 years or more and would see Irvin every week when he would pick her up. I still speak of them and how beautiful their marriage was. I was very young when I started doing her hair. Mid 20s….I had long hair and played in bands. Ruby and Irvin never judged me and we’re always smiling and telling everyone in the shop to have a great day. I’ve thought of the often. They left a life long lasting impression with me. Wonderful people that uplifted everyone around them. Thank you for accepting me and making me feel lucky enough to had know you both. May you both rest peacefully in heaven. Love Life.
