Dear Judy,
Mike and I loved your father. He was very accomplished, interesting, sharp, and witty. We appreciate how proud he was of your mother, you, and his family. It was a special privilege for us to have been invited to your home for his 97th birthday party, and to join you at Christmastime when the Red Mountain Community Church sent a team of Carolers to sing at your front door. The music was beautiful and your father was very touched.
We thank God that we witnessed first hand what a sweet and talented father you have, and it is a great tribute to you that he was able to live at home all the days of his life. You have been an exceptional daughter to have cared for both your mother and father during their golden years.
I Corinthians 2:9 gives us a glimpse into what your parents are experiencing, “Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, nor can the mind comprehend what God has prepared for those who love Him.”
Judy, we love and admire you, and appreciate you faithfulness to those things God had called you to do.
