John Atwell Obituary
Rev. Canon John J. Atwell of the Episcopal Church passed on February 7, 2016 in Mesa, AZ at the age of 98. He was born in Shady Side, Maryland on February 13, 1917. He is survived by his brother Herbert, daughter Linda, son John, grandchildren Joey and Michael and great grandchildren Andrew, Kyron and Sabastiana. The graveside service will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, February 12, 2016 at Mountain View Cemetery, 7900 E. Main St. Mesa, AZ. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Sunshine Acres Children’s Home, 3405 N. Higley Rd, Mesa, AZ 85206. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home (480-832-2850).
