John was a very special person and a dear friend of mine. I went to high school with him and dated him for a period of time until I went off to college. We stayed in touch via Facebook and I was so looking forward to seeing each other at our next high school reunion. Now we will have that reunion in heaven one day. I am very grateful that John knew Jesus as his Savior and I know that he is happy and at peace. What a day that will be, as the song says. In the meantime, we will truly miss you, John. Love you. Your friend and sister in Christ, Laura❤️
