Jack, on earth and now in Heaven, you will always be our cherished friend. You and Bob have been like brothers, and that’s been our blessing.

We will miss stocking up on Diet Pepsi, Apple Juice, and Ice Cream like we did when you and Janet came for the wonderful visits. We’ll tell Fiorella Jack that you won’t be able to make it back any more for a KC Strip steak, but we enjoyed all those evenings of good food and fellowship there, even though Janet kind of wanted to go someplace else for a change.

Bob misses those Sunday chats you and he would have been having on the phone the past couple of weeks, to try to get the Chiefs coaching staff straightened out. We know you won’t miss Crennell, although your “friend” (ha) Jack Harry interviewed Reid for you in person.

You were such a trouper through all the bumps in the road that came to you and your health challenges. You were such a fighter and because of that, we got to enjoy you longer here on earth.

Now go don those wings and save us a place. After all, we aren’t getting in younger. Well maybe Janet and I are, but not Bob (ha.)
