Jozef Zachary Eberson, “Dad” “Son” “Brother” “Uncle Joe Joe” “Big Cuz” age 42, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on September 18, 2026. He leaves behind countless memories that will forever carry the unmistakable mark of who Jozef was—a protector, a fearless spirit, and a man with a heart that loved others deeply.
Jozef was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, surrounded by family, cousins, and lifelong friends. He was a loving father to his son Bentley and shared many of the same passions together. As the oldest of four siblings, being a protector came naturally to him. He was someone his son and younger siblings could always look to for strength.
Jozef had a personality that was impossible to overlook. He had a presence about him everyone knew. His courage, confidence, humor, and unmistakable personality made him someone people remembered.
A true artist and mechanic at heart, Jozef had an incredible natural talent for creating, building, fixing, and working with his hands. He loved working on quads, golf carts, bird coups, and took pride in making his trucks turn heads as they traveled down the orange groves of Mesa. Especially the red low rider. Jozef also enjoyed playing basketball and baseball, always bringing his energy and competitive spirit to the game.
His greatest legacy is the enormous heart he carried. Jozef gave people a sense of protection. If he loved you, he would be there for you. Above all, his son Bentley knew the fierce love of his father. That loyalty and willingness to protect others are qualities his family hopes everyone will remember whenever they think of him.
Jozef leaves behind his beloved son, Bentley; mother of his child, Alana; his mother, Sue; his father, Joe; his younger sister, Ashley; his younger brothers, Lance and Bryan; along with his extended family, cousins, lifelong friends, and the many people whose lives were touched by his friendship and enormous heart.
His family will miss his big personality, his fearlessness, his strength, his talent, and the comfort of knowing that Jozef was always there. Most of all, they will miss his gigantic, loving heart.
May everyone who knew Jozef remember the man who stood up for others, protected the people he loved, lived without fear, and loved with everything he had.
