Judith M. Chapp, 84, one of the last true homemakers, beloved Mother, matriarch to family, her family came before anything else, passed away peacefully with her children at her bedside holding her hands on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, in Chandler, Arizona. Born on October 13, 1941, in Omaha, Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Jean Steele, her Husband James Chapp of 55 years and her son, James Chapp, Jr. Judith is survived by her brother Jeff, sister JoEllyn and children, Jeffrey, John, and Milissa. She also leaves behind ten grandchildren and six great- grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix at 1:30pm. She will be in our hearts forever and will be missed beyond words.
