Kay W Duff, formerly of Sandusky, was taken by God on Dec 9, 2009 in Mesa, AZ.  She was born in Bridgeton, NJ, June 8, 1944 and lived in the Sandusky-Milan area for 35 years. Kay and her husband, Bill, owned FormPac, formerly O-P Craft Co, where she was employed.  Kay was an active member of the Methodist Church, Plum Brook Country Club and served on the Carrousel Museum board in Sandusky and was very active with Church of the Master Presbyterian Church in Mesa as well as the Red Mountain Country Club.  She is survived by her husband Bill, whom she married August 22, 1964, her son Brian and wife Carla of Gilbert, AZ , son David and wife Robyn of Atlanta and 3 grandchildren, Haley, Regan and Nolan of Gilbert, AZ and a niece and nephew. She will be truly missed by everyone who ever got to know her.   She will be interred at the Mountain View Memorial Gardens in Mesa and a Memorial Service will be held at her Church of the Master in Mesa on Dec 19, 2009.  Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Heart Assoc. or to The Church of the Master, 6659 E. University Drive, Mesa, AZ  85205.
