Lois M. Mueller

November 17, 1927 – March 12, 2023


Lois May Mueller (Buehler), 95, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2023. Born and raised in the Chicago area, she worked as a radiologist technician and medical assistant. In 1950, she married Arthur Mueller. Following their retirement in 1987, they moved to Fountain of the Sun (FOS) in Mesa, Arizona.

Lois loved playing golf and cards with family and friends, making ceramics, camping (often in a motorhome), and traveling around the world with her husband. She also enjoyed volunteering at hospitals, children’s schools, and at FOS.

Lois is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Elsie (Fehr) Buehler; husband Arthur Mueller; sisters Virginia and Dorothy (Kenneth) Podewell; and brother Jack. She is survived by her three children: Glenn (Alice), Diane (Dennis) Bingham, and Roy (Denise); and nine grandchildren: Kathy (Eric) Banister, Lauren (Clark) Lorensen, Sean (Heather) Bingham, Kristina (Paul) Musielak, Lindsey (Andy) Driscoll, Kevin (Colleen) Bingham, Daniel Mueller, Dennis (Delaney) Bingham, and Michael Mueller; and eight great-grandchildren.

Lois will be dearly missed, but her loved ones are comforted that she is holding her husband’s hand in Heaven.

A memorial service will be held at Church of the Master, 6659 East University Drive, Mesa, Arizona, on March 24, 2023, 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations in memory of Lois may be made to the Church of the Master.
