Louette Edith Packard was born December 20, 1920 in Wilkinsburg, PA to Harold Arthur Packard and Julia Leet Packard, the third child of five children, two of whom still survive her, Lynn Benner of FL and Frances Langer of CA. Besides her two sisters, Louette is survived by her two sons, Kelvin and Robert, daughters-in-law, Millie and Lucy, grandchildren, Michael and Nicole, and great-granddaughter, Jasmine, all of whom live in Arizona.
