Luell, age 93, beloved mother, grandmother & great-grandmother, passed away December 1, 2022 in Kansas surrounded by family.  Luell, born in Wisconsin to Lulu Tecklenburg Liebl & Mathew Bernard Liebl had one brother, Robert (Bob) Liebl.  Luell retired to Venture Out in Mesa in 1994.  She led a life of adventure as a teacher, pilot, traveler, life-long learner (Fullbright Scholar, Magna Cum Laude for Masters Degree)  & musician.  Luell skied & golfed all over the world, loved cruises & RV life, had fun with most every sport!   Luell is dearly missed by daughter, Lexie Lockrow of KS & son, John Thomas of WI.   Luell was preceded in death by daughter LuAnn Glass of AZ. Luell will be placed to rest at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery with her husband Verne Jackson (of Canada & later Mesa).  Luell is survived by 9 grandchildren, Sara, Eryn, Kari, Elliot, Kati, Glen, Shane, Kyle & Zach & by 23 great-grandchildren.

The family will greet relatives & friends on Friday, January 20 for a graveside service at 1:00.
