Margaret Roop Minich, 81, passed away on Saturday, September 18 in Eunice, LA. She was born April 1, 1929. She is survived by her four sons, Robert Beverly and Thomas Beverly of Mesa, AZ, James Minich of Eunice and Dennis Minich of Daisey, AR; five daughters, Penny Comeaux, Tonya Davis and Nanine Stempien all of Eunice; Connie Walker and Winona Sherwin both of Mesa, AZ; three sisters, Beverly Wright of Sandusky, OH, Alice Stiene and Sherryl Smith both of Mansfield, OH; 24 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. These are just some of the closest of the many important people Margaret touched, whom are feeling her loss so strongly. Margaret leaves behind huge family, special thanks to Penny Comeaux and Tony Davis (her daughters), for their wonderful, dedication to her caregiving for many years… Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Milton V. Roop and Vea J. Isabell; husband, Leslie Minich; brothers, Milton and Robert Roop; sister, Norma Hartley. Services will be held at Mountain View Memorial Gardens at 7600 E. Main St. in Mesa. Gravesite service will be at 3:00 pm, Monday, October 11, 2010; a potluck reception will follow immediately at the Walker Family Home, 3150 N. 78th St. Mesa, AZ 85207.
