Martha “Martie” Richards Narkey passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 13th 2018 in Maricopa, AZ at the age of 90. Martie is survived by her daughter Bonnie Bustamante, 6 grandchildren: Derek Huffman, Erika Freedman, Brandy Zeitler, Aimee Zeitler-Nealy, Sandor Garnet, Christian Zeitler, and 11 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother Russell Richards, husband Frank Narkey, Daughter Jacque Cavalliero and Great grandson Edward Huffman. Martie was born on February 22nd 1928 in Niles, Ohio to Alvin and Vera Richards. She graduated from Niles High School in 1946. She married her high school sweetheart, Frank Narkey in August of 1947. They both retired to Apache Junction, AZ in 1978. A funeral is scheduled for Wednesday, September 19th 2018 at Mountain View Funeral Home in Mesa, AZ (10:00am viewing-11:00am funeral) with a reception to follow at the same location.
