Maxine Lazenby, 56, of Apache Junction passed away March 5, 2017. She was born July 20, 1960 in Vernal, Utah to Della Yvonne Burton Richards and Billy Richards.
Services will be held on Monday March 13th at Mountain View Funeral home, 7900 East Main Street, Mesa, Arizona 85207. Visitation will begin at 9AM and A Celebration of Life at 10AM
