It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Nancy Craig Hollenbeck-Cauldwell. She was born on December 1, 1932 to Alice and Clyde Cauldwell in Mobridge, SD and went to be with The Lord on August 2, 2014. Nancy has two older sisters Maryann and Jane (Deceased). She was married to Bill Hollenbeck (Deceased). She is survived by her three children: Joni, Robert (Jeanette), Tim (Beverly); step-daughters Patty (Garth) and Ruth, granddaughters: Christy (James), Camille, Corey and Liz; and three great-grandchildren Tyler, Dalton and Gracie. She grew up in South Dakota and was an Air Force wife and homemaker. Eventually, she moved to Arizona in 1960 from Little Rock, Arkansas, after a short stay in Washington State. In 1970 she went to work for Mesa Community College in the fiscal office and worked their till the day she retired. She shared her love, smile and cooking/pastry creations with everyone she knew. Her words brought peace to those who hurt and her smile brightened those who were sad. Her smile and laughter was infectious, honesty unquestioned and love never ending. She will always be loved and terribly missed. She was truly one of God’s great gifts. In lieu of flowers and because of her endless love for animals, please make all donations in care of Nancy C Hollenbeck to Arizona Humane Society. Services will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home, 7900 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85207. Viewing is from 8 a.m.-9 a.m., Services 9 a.m.-9:30 a.m. and Mausoleum 9:30 a.m.-10 a.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2014.
