Noel passed away on October 17th, 2025. She was 20 years old.

She is survived by her parents Peggy and Tony Fischer of Apache Junction, AZ, sister Madonna Parker, also of AJ, Step-brother Anton Fischer of Phoenix, grandmother Kathleen Conway of Tempe, AZ, uncles Robert and Owen Conway of Tempe AZ and Albuquerque, NM, and many friends.

Noel graduated from Apache Junction Highschool and worked at Gold Canyon Golf Resort. She loved her job and the people she worked with.

Noel made many friends and was loved by all who knew her. She loved God, going to church, and being a Christian. She is now in God’s loving arms.

Noel will always be remembered as the sweet, loving person she was and will be sorely missed.
