Norma Jeanette Swanger peacefully passed away surrounded by love on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, in Tempe, Arizona, at age 92. Norma was born in Muncie and was a longtime resident of Portland.
She is survived by her three children with her late husband of 72 years Robert Swanger: James, Thomas, and Lori.
A celebration of her life will be held at 11 am on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Friendship Village Healthcare Center Garden in Tempe, Arizona.
