Otha Levi (Chuck) Parker was born on December 4th, 1935 in Banks County, GA to Boyd and Conie Parker.  He was an Air Force veteran but spent the majority of his career in Communications with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Service.  In that role, he and his family were able to live abroad and see the world. He passed peacefully at 89 years of age and is survived by his wife Marie, son Boyd, daughters Julie and Jennifer, his 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and his larger than life personality and heart will be missed by them all.
