We will miss Pat. He was one of the first people we met when we bought a condo in Cachet in 2005. His positive personality and Irish humor made you want to have him as a friend. Pat was on the association board and his dedication and hard work helped to create an excellent community. For the past 10 years Pat would watch over our unit during the time we were back in IA and we always knew we were in goods hands. Joan and I feel fortunate to have known Pat. He a great example of the kind of person we should all aspire to be. Our prayers to Emily and family.

  10. Dustin says:

Okay so starting this is going to be weird grandpa pat was in all honesty the first grandparent I felt like was my actual grandpa. Every time I saw pat and Emily not only did I feel welcomed but had hope in my own marriage to have something as special as they did but that’s not what matters, what matters is pat. The one thing I have to say is that I will miss the way we bonded and how learning about your life made me see a whole new aspect of life. When I first met you I didn’t expect to be loved and protected by you when I was around and for us to have such a special relationship from the gravy to the 240, you meant the world to me and for every end there is a new beginning I hope you watch over me and see what this new beginning has in store for courtney and I. I love you grandpa pat I know you’ll always be with me and I hope your still smiling and making jokes up there .

  11. Betty Sackett says:

All in Cachet who knew Pat were shocked and very saddened to hear his passing. Pat was a dedicated Association Board member, serving in various capacities, for many, many years and worked tirelessly on behalf and for the residents of Cachet. My very sincere condolences to Emily and family.

  12. Robert K Dutton says:

We have known Pat since we moved in to Cachet, and Bob had the privilege of serving with him on the condo Board, through routine matters as well as some significant challenges. He was always seeking common solutions while looking after the interests of all the residents. He also kept an eye on our unit while we were away, so we didn’t have to worry about it. His last visit was just a couple of weeks ago. It’s a shock that he’s gone.

Our sympathies and best wishes to Emily and the rest of Pat’s family.

    Bob & Jean Dutton

  13. Salvatore Mandra says:

Pat and my father Sal worked together at AT&T setting up microwave towers all those years ago and have stayed in touch ever since. He doesn’t get online and asked me to express his condolences to Pat’s wife and family. Dad has often spoke about your time together traveling around the country, I’ve heard the stories ever since I was a boy. You will be sorely missed. – Robert
