Phyllis L. Mullen of Mesa, Arizona passed away January 31, 2011 in Mesa, Arizona. A loving mother and grandmother she is survived by her companion of 12 years Vance Taylor, daughter Deanna (Harvey) Jeffries, sons; Kenneth (Cheryl) Miller, Robert Miller, Ralph (Debbie) Miller, 6 grandchildren & 7 great-grandchildren. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husbands Guy Miller & Gene Mullen. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Weds. February 2, 2011 at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel 7900 E.
