“Corky”, 54, died Friday, January 20th, 2017 at her home in Apache Junction AZ. She was born June 24, 1962 in Walker, MN. to Kenneth and Marion Borgstahl. She married Jeffrey Watne in 1998.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Watne, her father, Kenneth (and Mary) Borgstahl of Slayton, MN. her sister Jean (and Roger) Hoppe of Mankato MN. and her brother Dean (and Rhonda) Borgstahl of Owatonna, MN. and many cousins, nieces & nephews.
Corky’s’ mother, Marion preceded her in death in 2006.
She graduated from Faribault Senior High School, Faribault MN. in 1980, lived in Faribault for a short time then lived in California and Apache Junction, Arizona.
Corky was a long time resident of Apache Junction where she and her husband lived and worked.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 5th, at the Mountain View Funeral Home & Cemetery, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa AZ.
