Richard Martin Hubek, 81, passed away on June 26, 2014 in Chandler, Arizona. Mr. Hubek, a mechanical draftsman and design engineer was born in Chicago, Illinois. During retirement he served as an Itinerate Missionary in Asia, Africa, and Bolivia, involved in Prison Ministry as well as being Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Georgia. He is survived by his wife June Hubek, daugher Elaine Swallow (Greg), and son James Hubek. Interment will be 10:00 am Tuesday July 1, 2014 at Mountain View Cemetery 7900 E. Main St. Mesa AZ 85207. A Celebration of Life will be held 10:30 am Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Sovereign Grace Church 1280 N. Cooper Rd. Gilbert AZ 85233. Memorials can be made to the National Parkinsons Organization and Sovereign Grace Church, Gilbert. He loved his God, his church, and his family.
