Richard N. McNeill passed away Tuesday April 19, 2011 in Mesa, Arizona.  He was born on Friday 13th of October 1922 in Peoria, Illinois, to Elizabeth and Neil I. McNeill. He graduated from Peoria High School in 1940 and Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in 1943. He married Juanita R. Dulin July 4th 1943 in Springfield, MO. She survives. They had one son David and a daughter Dorthy Gann living in Mesa, Arizona, a daughter Shirley Ozee in Hollister, Missouri, and a daughter Betty Owens in Woodland Park, Colorado. Richard served in the 387th Battalion, 97th Infantry Division in Patton’s army. He worked as a carpenter for 18 years before getting his CPA Certificate from the University of Illinois. He worked for McGladrey, Hansen, Dunn and Co. doing non-profit audits, school districts, cities, etc. He left them to become business manager of Central Agency on Aging and retired in 1986. He was a snow bird in Fort Meyers, Florida before moving to Mesa, Arizona. Services will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ 85207 on Monday April 25, 2011 at 2:00 pm. There will be a visitation beginning at 1:00 pm. The Rev. Richard Peterson of the Assemblies of God will preside.
