Robert “Bob” Peppard passed away unexpectedly on the evening of Friday, August 21, 2026, at the age of 79.

Bob was born in Kansas City, Kansas, in 1947 to Thomas and Winifred Peppard. He went on to proudly serve his country for 20 years in the United States Air Force, dedicating his career to military service before retiring in 1991.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Linda; his beloved son, Chris “Wayne”; his parents, Thomas and Winifred; his stepmother, Elva; his brothers, Roland and Terry; his sister, Violet; and his sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Donnie Tripp.

Bob’s memory will be lovingly cherished by his surviving family, including his children, Kim (Paul) of Missouri, and Angie (Aaron) of Arizona; his grandchildren, Christopher, Zachary (Michelle), Kai, Zane, Caleb (Charidy), and Abbie; his great-grandchild; and his sister, Carolyn Hummelgaard (Dale) of Kansas. He also leaves behind numerous extended relatives and dear friends.

Visitation/Prayer Service will be held at 8:00am August 28, 2026, at Mountain View Funeral Home & Cemetery, 7900 E Main Street, Mesa, AZ 85207.
