Gail was born in Mineral City, Ohio on August 17, 1943 to Robert L. Klingaman and Dorothy Belnap Klingaman. Gail passed away at home on Saturday, May 11, 2024.

Gail is survived by his wife Barbara Mills Klingaman and three children: Brian (Kim), Pam Clabaugh, Brad (Marcy) and seven grandchildren: Brandon, Tyler, Riley, Janelle, Connor, Cole, and Hunter Cruz. Five great grandchildren: Ollie, Peyton, Blaire, Rilee, and Owen. One brother, Gary Klingaman (Jan) of Mesa, AZ.

Gail was a general contractor for over 25 years. He helped build mission churches and homes in Mexico for many years. He loved boating and was a great water skier. He taught many people how to waterski. He was a dedicated family man and a friend to all he met. He was a loving husband and father, but nothing made him happier than his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be deeply missed.

Service will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Viewing at 10:00am and service at 11:00am. Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ 85205

Family suggests contributions be made to Hospice of the Valley or American Diabetes Association
