Rose Ceferin, age 89, formerly of Chicago, IL, and moved to Mesa, AZ, in 2003, passed away on July 13, 2023.
Beloved wife of 55 years, to Vic Ceferin. Loving mother of Rose Marie (Jeremy) Kallevig, Ray (Kathy) Ceferin, Mike (Gaby) Ceferin. Dear grandmother of Elianna Ceferin, Alex Ceferin, Nico Ceferin and Eva Ceferin.
Preceded in death by her parents Eva (Korosa) Possedi and Roman Possedi, her brother Roman Possedi Jr and niece Romaine Possedi.
One of the most caring, loving and compassionate people, who loved her husband, children and grandchildren with all her heart. We will miss her smile, and our daily talks. She is forever in our hearts.

The funeral mass will take place on July 18, 2023 at 9:30 am at St George’s Catholic Church; 300 E 16th Ave. Apache Junction, AZ, 85119, followed by cemetery burial service at Mountain View Funeral Home & Cemetery; 7900 East Main Street; Mesa, AZ 85209
Ro, your mother was a remarkable woman who has left a lasting footprint on so many. We are praying for you and your family as you lay her to rest. May God let your mother rest among the angels.

Please accept our deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother. Your mom was so proud of her heritage and extended that legend to her children. She also was so proud of her family and wasn’t shy to boast about their accomplishments. Of course, her highlight was her grandchildren and I think her daily calls made her day.
