Ruth (Jackie) Kupfer at 85 yrs. old, passed away Friday September 5, 2014 of Kidney Failure, at Blessings of Joy in Gilbert Arizona. Ruth (Jackie) was born on Friday April 13, 1929 in Sesser, IL. She was the last of 8 siblings born to John and Emline Bates. She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Morice, son in-law Nick Morice and boyfriend Dave (Doc) Young. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Eric Morice & wife Tallie Morice, Quincy Kupfer & wife Kerrie Kupfer, Jennifer Kupfer & husband Mark Starr, Tiesha Halstead & husband Mike Halstead, and Ryan Morice. Along with 19 great-grandchildren, 5 dogs, 3 goats and 1 mini horse, whom she all considered her kids. She loved her family, friends and meeting new people. She was also a foster parent to 43 children. Ruth (Jackie) was predeceased by death by her husband of 57 Years, Dwight Lyle Kupfer, 76 yrs. old, and sons Robert (Bob) Kupfer, 57 yrs. and James Kupfer, 21.
