” A beautiful spirit has traveled away, but will remain in our hearts.”
The moment we met Scott, we knew he will be a forever true friend.. and he was and more. he became part of the family.Scott’s life was a blessing to us and we loved him, not just a friend but as a brother. We are grateful to have been part of Scott’s story. Rest assured his memories will live in our hearts forever.
…Rest in eternal Peace ,dear friend… Until we meet again.
My father was a Pastor at the church in Minneapolis and Scott and I became friends. After we relocated to IL I went back and visited Scott and remember running from the police on his little motor bike; after we ducked under a parked semi; traveling up to their cabin on the bike; and many other memories. May you know God’s peace and Love at this time. I think he might have been surprised I eventually followed in my dad’s footsteps.
I grieve quietly with Scott’s family and many friends. I considered Scott a friend like no time had passed between our annual “business” time to meet. He was not only knowledgeable; he was tender and authentic when we sat across from each other at his desk each year. I will miss him sorely. I wish his family and other friends all the time they need to heal. I will take time to heal my loss of him, too. Peace, Scott.
