Stanley E. Zogelman- age 89 of Mesa, AZ, passed from this world into the next on April 9, 2026. Stan was born on July 27, 1936 in Andale, Kansas. He is survived by his wife Velma R Zogelman. Stan is also survived by his daughter Brenda Ellingen, Son-in-law Edward Ellingen, and two grandchildren, Hannah and Matthew. 

Stan spent 2 years in the Army after high school, then went on to complete his higher education. In Witchita, KA he married the love of his life Velma, in 1958. He spent 30 years in the meat production industry with Cudahy Packing Co. and Bar-S Foods Co. There he held various accounting and management positions with them. He moved to Arizona with Cudahy in 1975 and retired at the age of 54 in 1991. In retirement he was well known at most East Valley golf courses. Stan and Velma also spent much of their retirement years traveling the world.

Stan was well known for his gracious smile and hearty laugh. He always made sure the underdog or less privileged were taken care of. Stan and Velma were very active in the Catholic Ministries at St. Bridget Church.

Services will be held at St. Bridget Catholic Church in Mesa, AZ, May 20, 2026 at 10am.
