Steven Dale Plotner, 46, of Mesa, AZ, passed away November 11, 2021. He was born January 25, 1975 in Tempe, AZ, to Larry and Deanna Plotner. He moved with his family to California when he was 8 and moved back to Arizona in 1998. Steven graduated from Littlerock High School in 1993. He was also awarded many certificates in the field of computers from ethical hacking to information technology. Steven joined the California Conservation Corps in 1994 and then joined the Airforce in August, 1995. He retired in 2019. Steven enjoyed camping, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, 4×4 off-roading, riding his dirt bike, and quad, video games and movies. He enjoyed the holiday family gatherings and spending time with his friends hanging out with their families.
Steven will be welcomed to rest by his mother, Deanna Plotner. He will be dearly missed by his Father, Larry Plotner; Sister, Erin Plotner; nephew, Skyler Thompson; and nieces, Sienna and Grace Thompson.
A visitation will be Monday, November 22, 2021 from 10 am – 12pm, followed by a funeral service with military honors at 12 pm at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery, 79000 E Main St., Mesa AZ 85209.
