Susan Lightner, 59, passed away on May 3, 2026. She was born on October 11, 1966, and grew up in Prescott, Arizona. She will be remembered for her warmth, sense of humor, and her natural ability to make friends wherever she went. She had a way of making others feel at ease and brought laughter to those around her.
She loved the outdoors, especially camping and fishing, and approached life with a sense of adventure. She also enjoyed music and embraced life with authenticity.
She is survived by her children, Kelly McDermott and Kevin McDermott. She was a devoted mother who shared a close bond with her children. She will be deeply missed for her laughter and the joy she brought into the lives of those who knew her.
