Terrell Linda Thomas – Harmon Obituary

Terrell Linda Thomas – Harmon, 59, passed away the evening of June 8, 2015 surrounded by her loving and devoted husband of 20 years and younger brother. Terrell was born and raised in Redwood City, CA and graduated summa cum laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ. Upon graduation she worked for Martin Marietta on the Space Shuttle Team at Vandenberg AFB, CA. While working in New Jersey, Terrell met her husband, Daryl L. Harmon, and they relocated together to Nevada and then Arizona. The last 19 years she worked as the manager of her family business. Terrell was multi-faceted and her interests and talents were wide ranging. She earned her commercial single and multi-engine pilots license while attending college, she was active in Alpha Eta Rho, a professional aviation fraternity in Prescott and Daytona Beach, FL. As a teenager, she loved riding horses and she played women’s softball and then coached softball to other young women. Terrell enjoyed snow skiing at Lake Tahoe; she also enjoyed the solitude of camping, fishing and boating with her husband. Terrell reported weather video in East Mesa to KPHO in Phoenix and she enjoyed watching Arizona Cardinals Football with her husband. She is survived by her beloved husband Daryl, father Albert W. Thomas Sr., brothers Albert W. Thomas Jr., and Lance E. Thomas, and sister Jana G. Thomas. Her mother Billie Jean Thomas passed away in 2010. Memorial Services will be held Monday, June 15, 10 AM at Mountain View Chapel in Mesa for family.
