On Saturday, February 27, 2021, Terry Cantu passed away at the age of 65 in Mesa, Arizona.
Terry was born on August 6, 1955 in Pontiac, Michigan. He graduated from Pontiac Central High School, class of 1973, and lived in the greater Pontiac area until relocating to Arizona in 2012.
Terry was preceded in death by his father, Nicanor Cantu. He is survived by his son Terry Cantu Jr (Tricia), grandchildren Cameron, Claire and Cody, mother Barbara Cantu of Apache Junction, AZ, brothers Nicanor Cantu III (Elizabeth) of White Lake, MI, John Cantu of Pontiac, MI, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
There will not be a funeral service at this time. A celebration of his life will be announced by the family at a later date.
I have known Terry for quite a few years. He was my customer at Dog Run Saloon. I always enjoyed our spirited conversations and our late night trips to get mexican food. I am proud to say he was my friend and he will be greatly missed. My sincerest condolences to his family that he loved so very much.❤💔🙏

Terry was a great guy. He was a year ahead of me in school, and his brother John and I were classmates.
